Aqua Tums Water workout pregnancy classes
Aqua Tums are special water based pre and postnatal exercises classes that a gentle mix of yoga and cardio to prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
Water provides a safe and comfortable medium to exercise within, offering a relief from many of the less pleasant symptoms of pregnancy and help with post natal fitness recovery.  Water also provides relaxing and therapeutic qualities not found in other land based activities.
Our classes not only provide a great workout in the water, but an opportunity to make new friends and share experiences.  No previous yoga experience or the ability to swim is required to attend and enjoy our classes.
A typical class will leave you feeling relaxed, toned and revitalised.

Baby and pre-school swimming from two months to four years. Lessons combine a mixture of exciting play activities with the latest swim techniques to make swimming fun and progressive.
